We're in beautiful Orvieto, but the internet has stopped working in our apartment...oh those crazy internets !!
This is a gorgeous medieval city. and I hope to send pictures soon. We took a side trip today to a little village called Lugnano...amazing ! Here are a few pics...
The church is from the 12th century, and the floors are fantastic...the streets are so narrow, it's hard to believe any vehicles can get through them...but they do !

ReplyDeleteIt looks like you're bundled up a bit there, but you're definitely not missing anything here. February was a little colder than normal all over the eastern US, and March has been *much* colder than normal so far. Buffalo had wind chills in the single digits (F, not C!) overnight, and it was 28F in the DC 'burbs when I got up this morning.
