A couple of days ago I started coming down with a cold, not surprising given that almost everyone here is coughing and sneezing.  Yesterday morning I had it pretty bad, and when we saw Karen and Diego, they said it was the "man's flu", and that women don't get it, and don't understand.  But they said they had a remedy brought over from England... Lemsips.  So, using a sentence I've never used before... I'm sorting my man's flu with Lemsips.  Feeling better this morning, but since the Lemsips are used up, we're on a quest for the Italian equivalent.  Don't know, can you get a plate of pasta, two glasses of wine, and a shot of grappa in a pill...
   Just back from the Farmacia with Acti Grip day & night, similar to Lemsips... we'll see... the good thing is that apparently Chris can't get this man's flu thing from me...
