photos of our amazing morning...the sheep, the dogs, Salvatore, the lovely cheeses, and the end product...a fantastic meal !! Pasta with fresh ricotta, spinach with a lemon plucked from a tree that day, and involtini (roll ups) from the local butcher...YUM !!
